I hereby agree to release Yeager Co. Animal Liberation Rescue, its employees, agents, volunteers, supporters, rescue partners, and assigns from any liability for personal injury or illness sustained by myself, my family members, or my pets while fostering animals. I understand and accept the risks involved in my participation voluntarily. This release covers all injuries or illnesses suffered by myself, my family, guests, and pets. I take responsibility for my conduct during my involvement in this foster care program. Additionally, I absolve Yeager Co. Animal Liberation Rescue and its affiliates from any damage to my property caused by the animals I foster. I agree to comply with all rules and regulations established by Yeager Co. Animal Liberation Rescue, whether written, verbal, or implied. I acknowledge that my participation as a foster is voluntary and may be terminated by either party at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice.
